The space is comfortably furnished with - 2 queen size beds - 2 Smart TV`s - Ample street parking is available for those traveling with a car (just need to be mindful of stop signs, fire hydrants and the 3 hours for street cleaning Wednesday and Thursdays from April-October). The apartment features - High speed WiFi - Fully controllable heating and air conditioning - Hardwood floors - Beautiful natural sunlight The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered water machine, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. This apartment has a full washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Shower Toiletries (Shampoo & Body Wash) NOT provided.

Creative businesses have popped up in the industrial zone surrounding the market, too, including an Angelika movie theater, Masseria, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant from chef Nicholas Stefanelli, and La Cosecha, contemporary Latin American marketplace.

Street parking is free guests just need to be mindful of stop signs, fire hydrants and the fact that for 3 hours on Wednesday and Thursdays from April-October cars need to be moved to one side of the street.
LATE CHECK OUT FEE: $200. While we understand time can get away from us all, our cleaners do only have a few hours to clean, sanitize, and return the unit to the condition it was found in prior to the next guests arrival in a few hours. Late check out puts the next guest check in at jeopardy and costs us addition fees as the cleaner is paid to wait for the property to be vacated. Thanks for the understanding!
