Our newest 2bedroom/1bathroom apartment with garden that is perfectly located in Ealing, Broughton Road. Our beautiful serviced apartments in Ealing UK are fully furnished apartments; Flat 1 features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room area with comfy sofa and a large dining area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families, friends, business travelers, contractors or even corporate housing for short-term and long-term stay. The apartment has free WiFi, a parking space free of charge with EV charger and a lovely and spacious garden. This 2bedroom/1bathroom flat offers a flexible and excellent location and relaxing space for our guests to come together and enjoy the comforts of home.
Ealing is one of London’s leading destinations when it comes to shopping, food crawl and other places of interest. It has a broad range of high street and top branded shops, finest restaurants and cafes. Ealing is a residential area that’s known for Walpole Park, home of the elegant Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery. House rules:
• Keep the apartment clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
• No parties/events;
• Pet fee is £10/night per pet (Pet fee is subject to change depending on pet type);
• Our usual security deposit amount is £150, however, we reserve the right to ask for a security deposit of up to £500 for bookings for more than 2 weeks;
• Fans and/or cot is available upon request.
• We have a rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guests must sign the rental agreement. We also require a copy of their ID (front and back). This is separate from the platform’s identity verification.
