About this resort
Situated at the base of Park City Ski Resort, Marriott's MountainSide offers activities for every season, including hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and more. With well-designed guest rooms, and one- and two-bedroom villas, you'll feel right at home with fully equipped kitchens and more. The resort offers ski-in/ski-out convenience and access to some of Park City's finest slopes. You can also take in mountain scenery while working out at the fitness center. While in Park City, you'll find restaurants for every taste, outlet and boutique shopping, and many other activities.
Fee Advisements
-We have included all charges provided to us by the resort. Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage, and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.
-Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site). All reservations, regardless of size will only include one parking permit. Additional parking may be purchased for 25/day.

-Neighboring construction noise will impact resort until JUL 2026. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of the property during this time. Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time.
-Construction/renovation/maintenance projects may be ongoing, year-round and are typically noted. For concerns about unforeseen projects, please contact the resort directly.
-SMOKE-FREE RESORT. Smoking is NOT permitted in the units or public common areas. Some resorts may have a designated area where smoking is permitted. For additional information, concerns about use of e-smoking devices or possible penalties for non-compliance, contact the resort directly.
