Welcome to the Dawn! This freshly remodeled home is tucked away in a charming established Grimes neighborhood. Located on a dead end street, directly across from the new city park, pickleball courts and Hy-Vee Multiplex. With 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 bunk bed with twin over full) and 1 bath, there is plenty of room for the entire family. Enjoy a complimentary coffee bar or a relaxing evening on the back patio.
