Apartment of 42m2 sea view, you will only have to go down the stairs of the residence and you are on the and on the beach.
Ideally located, in 2 minutes walk you are in the main pedestrian street with all shops and restaurants. Also at the foot of the residence there is a supermarket, a bakery and a laundromat.
A parking space is available in the residence. You can do everything on foot.
We provide you with 2 mountain bikes located free of charge in the bike room of the apartment.
The apartment is located on 2 levels. At the entrance you go down a few steps to access the bedroom and the bathroom. Bedroom with a 160cm bed + 1 bunk bed 1 place. Then a few more steps to reach the living room, kitchen and toilet. 2-seater sofa bed in the living room.
You can admire the sunset right in front of the balcony!
At the foot of the residence: surf club and children's club. Also at your disposal in the apartment: a beach umbrella, 2 beach seats and beach games (rackets, bucket, shovel, rake,..). Included in the price: beds made on arrival and towels provided. Kitchen with fridge and freezer. Nespresso pod coffee machine + classic filter machine. No washing machine but at the bottom of the residence at the Carrefour contact there is a laundry area, from the bedroom you can see the washing machines. The apartment has a fan in the bedroom and another in the living room.
