Welcome to your home away from home! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is located in the exclusive gated community of Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, just 15 minutes from Disney parks and close to Universal, SeaWorld, shopping outlets, and great restaurants.

**There is a $25 gate card fee per vehicle.
This gate card allows you to use the fast lane on the right side of the entrance. The card will be good for the duration of your stay.**

Minimum Age: Party Leader must be 21 years old or over to have a booking confirmed.
AFTER BOOKING:
Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.
Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.
Optional Extras:
Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.
