The stay was great. My only aggregation was not having a large boiler for cooking crab legs. Walmart for the save but would have been nice not having to buy a pot during my vacation

The place was nice and we stayed at Ocean bay many times but the whole area is becoming trashy. People on the balcony smoking cigarettes and weed. Loud music. Teens running wild lighting off fireworks on the bench a 1 am. And even lighting off fireworks on Ocean ave. Harassing cars as they drive by. Security and the cops could careless. Not a place for families.
