    Excellent hotel, good location just above the main aquare with nice views. Good breakfast. Staff are nice, kept our suitcases while on the loop. Highly recommend!

    It had such potential to be a lovely hotel - the facilities are amazing and the views from the rooftop pool are unreal. However, our shower flooded the whole room and went under the floorboards, and then we were woken in the middle of the night by the smell of cigarette smoke that was so strong that we couldn’t sleep, and subsequently had difficulties breathing. The staff put an air purifier in our room to compensate for this, however it is unacceptable that this happened as we booked a no smoking room and are ill as a result of this. Overall a nice place but with some serious issues to resolve.
