3. Damages or missing items charged at 2× replacement cost; remotes $200 each; parking permits $500 if not returned.

4. Overnight guests must match your reservation; children count. Extra guests: $200/person/night.

5. No pets – $300/pet/night + double cleaning fee.

6. 1 security doorbell camera on the front porch; tampering = eviction.

7. Guests responsible for parking tickets or law violations.

8. Hosts not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal items.

9. Parking is permitted on the street only, with a valid permit.
