About this house rental
It's time for a Groovy Getaway! Step back in time to the 1970s during your stay in Statesboro. Our place was built in 1973 and has original and updated features from the greatest decade ever :-)
3 bedroom + bonus bedroom conversion, 2.5 bath ranch style home. King, 2 queens and two twin sleeping beds. Large, cleared backyard with natural privacy from trees and hedges. Large exposed aggregate patio.
Quiet, mature residential neighborhood close to everything. Our house is walkable to East Georgia Regional Medical Center (0.5 miles, or 12 minutes) and Paulson Stadium for GSU games (1.3 miles, or 30 minutes). The stadium is a healthy walk, but it beats the traffic and congestion before and after games. You could walk to the center of campus, as well, which is about a mile. Gnat's Landing is a short drive, and downtown is 2.5 miles.
We ask that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and honor a 9pm outdoor quiet hour during the week and 10pm on the weekends.
That 70s House is a non-smoking house.
We love our furry family members, too, but we don't allow pets in That 70s House. We want everyone to enjoy their stay.

The hold place was clean. The Decorations for the 70 house was on point. The colors was great. And being 75 coming up. I got it, in 1970 most people who was bless to have a T.V. it was in the living room. Making family to look together. It worked for us. We played a bowling game. That I had never played. And I was winning. The house is close to everything. Only minutes away.
