Beautiful Historic Home in the Heart of Memphis
Welcome to our spacious and beautifully maintained home located in one of Memphis’s historic districts. This safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood offers a relaxing atmosphere while being close to everything the city has to offer!
Sleeps up to 15 guests across 10 beds
The home features four comfortable bedrooms, all designed with cozy touches and modern comfort in mind:
Bedroom 1: One king bed (two XL twins combined with a topper) + two twin beds
Bedroom 2 (Master Suite):
Bedroom area: One queen bed
Living area: One full-size futon
Private full bathroom
Bedroom 3: One king bed (two XL twins combined) + one twin bed
Bedroom 4: One king bed (two XL twins combined) + two twin beds
All beds feature new, high-quality memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
Bathrooms:
The master suite includes a private full bathroom.
A second hallway bathroom serves the other rooms and includes both a tub and a stand-up shower.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a microwave, stove, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle for tea lovers.
Outdoor Space:
Relax on the covered patio with a barbecue grill and private, monitored parking for up to five vehicles.
Exclusive Spa Perk:
The downstairs area operates separately as a spa, with its own entrance and one reserved parking space. The spa is open daily from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
During your stay, you’ll receive 50% off all spa services and 50% off all events listed on our website!
Privacy:
The entire upstairs area is completely private and separate from the downstairs spa. No one will enter the upstairs during your stay. Entry is through the kitchen, conveniently located by the stairs. You can expect during business hours for there to be small clients on the property. At times, there may be a separate guest in the downstairs as well however, it is a completely separate area of the home and what you are renting upstairs, which is with a separate entrance
Fees & Deposits:
$50 refundable security deposit (plus a $10 service fee) — required before check-in
$20 cleaning fee
Total due prior to check-in: $80, with $50 fully refundable if there are no damages, missing items, or violations of property policies or check-in/out instructions.
It is important to note that you must contact regarding the availability of the entire upstairs. We also rent the upstairs by room as well, which is why we do not have this listing on instant book. Once you have contacted to inquire about availability, we will then check to see if all rooms are vacant for the dates of your request. If they are, you are welcome to book
