About this apartment rental
New vacation rental on the first floor of a former farmhouse—modern and spacious, with a large living room and bedroom, a very well-equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, stove, cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and dishwasher, and a spacious bathroom with Italian tiles. Terrace with a garden and pear trees. The garden is private—just for you—and is completely fenced in and enclosed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, but you may smoke in the garden. However, it is forbidden to dispose of cigarette butts and ash (i.e., the contents of the ashtray) in the apartment’s trash can (it stinks!). We have trash cans outside in the shed for that purpose.
This apartment is cleaned using HYLA—the unique dust and air purification system—and is suitable for people with allergies. Therefore, no pets are allowed.
Free parking right in front of the apartment door on the property. Laundry room next door—upon request, you can do laundry, iron, or use the mangle if you need to look your best for an event :')). I’m happy to give tips on things to do, am available at any time, but otherwise I’ll stay in the background. After all, you’re not here for me—:))
Shopping options: 500 m: ALDI, 700 m: LIDL, Café and Bakery Junge, JET and ARAL gas stations; in the neighborhood: Lohff Nursery with freshly harvested vegetables!
