Tucked away in the quiet woods of Bethel, Maine, this cozy 3-bedroom home is the perfect mountain getaway for families and tight knit groups. Just 10-15 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort, you`ll enjoy easy access to the best skiing New England has to offer.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a sizeable living room. This is the perfect place to have adventures and spend quality time with your family.
Please note that the pool house and pool may be shared with another group renting our the `Guest House` property.
PLEASE NOTE: The horse arena and pastures are off limits to guests and the road is used to access these areas of the property so that the horses can be tended to. The horses should not be approached, ever, and can be dangerous if approached. There is a noise monitor, no recording, in the living room and outside as unauthorized parties are not allowed.
Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.
Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.
Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
