Welcome to this newly renovated bungalow in the green holiday domain ’t Zand in Westende. The home offers full comfort, a bright living area with open kitchen and a sunny terrace with fenced garden. Two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a private parking space. The ideal spot for those seeking peace, nature and proximity to the sea.
Westende enchants with wide beaches, dunes and lively dike. Walk to the Warande Tower for panoramic views, visit the historic Raversyde and enjoy the sun and sea breeze at the Westgolf domain. Cycle along the coastal route, discover local art at Villa Les Zéphyrs and finish with fresh fish on a cosy terrace overlooking the sea
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
