About this house rental
Access to the beach 150 m by a small road with very little traffic.
The place is quiet and relaxing, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. (bakery, restaurants, bars and other shops are 300m away).
The house is composed of: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a veranda overlooking the garden (800m2), a terrace to the south perfect for a sunny breakfast, a garage .
2 shaded parking spaces.
Sleeping: Bedroom 1: 160 bed and large cupboard. Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed and large cupboard
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds 90 cm and possibility of a 90 cm extra bed. In the room a 140 cm sofa bed. Full baby equipment if needed.
Garden furniture, ping-pong table, fixed barbecue, large mobile plancha. Hifi system, satellite TV and very high-speed fibre Wi-Fi access.
Possible activities: Swimming, Surfing (surf school and rental), sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding, sand yachting etc........
Numerous cycle paths in the forest and by the sea and in the marsh.
Walks on the beach (Clémenceau's house), in the forest and on the GR 8
At the rock: green theatre with various activities.
Pier of the Maison du Marais: Boat trips to discover the marsh (fauna and flora)
In the village of Longeville sur mer: all shops (Intermarché etc....), markets Monday and Friday in season, medical centre, tourist office.
Sports area: Football, tennis, paddle tennis, weight room.......
Within a radius of 15km: Amusement parks (O'Fun Park, O' Gliss......), Préhisto'site du Cairn, Château des aventuriers, Finfarine (bees) etc............
