The Space:
Originally built in 1908 and fully renovated this year, we are so proud to offer this home to guests. The charm and character of the South is palpable when walking through the house with restored original hardwood floors and exposed fireplaces. Natural light pours in and reflects on the tall ceilings and beautiful antique finishes throughout.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay, including the pool and courtyard area which are also private.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home is just steps away from the historic St. Charles Streetcar to take you to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, or Audubon Park & Zoo. Take a walk over to thriving Magazine St. which is full of unique shops, cafes, antiques, and restaurants. Steps away is Coliseum Square Park, where you can enjoy the flowing fountains and lush trees. This park also offers shaded running trails for your exercise needs and Audubon Park offers a much longer course if that peaks your interest. Also conveniently located walking distance to the Central Business District, Smoothie King Center and the Superdome.
Getting Around:
The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Walk a few blocks towards St. Charles Ave. and you will find the historic streetcar, which can take you anywhere from the French Quarter to Audubon Park. Street parking is easy to find if you bring a rental car.
Uber and Lyft are very easy, convenient, and affordable options to get around without needing a rental car. There is also a New Orleans Blue Bike station every few blocks, allowing you to rent electric-assist bikes at $0.15 / minute to get wherever you'd like to go. Google New Orleans Blue Bikes and click on their map to see all of the exact locations.

This is one of the most convenient homes you'll ever find to be able to experience the thrill of Mardi Gras like a true local without having to worry about getting around town or finding a bathroom (a common issue people have when they have to travel to get to the parade route).
JAZZ FEST: This home is about a 15 minute drive / 5 miles away / 30 minute bike ride from Jazz Festival (The Fairgrounds), making this a very convenient spot to explore Jazz Fest during the day, but have some peace and quiet at night.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. It met or exceeded everyone's expectations. The host responded to all questions promptly and thoroughly. They sent a very detailed house guide and check-in instructions in advance of our stay, and messaged us to make sure everything was going smoothly after we settled in. We had 5 couples and everyone had their own private, comfortable space. The common areas are spacious, and the heated backyard pool/hot tub and courtyard were fantastic to hangout in. The house is beautiful, and very convenient to numerous New Orleans attractions. Everything is exactly as described or better. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were too! We definitely recommend this property, and would love to return!

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations! The host communicated with us as soon as our reservation was made, followed up with several helpful messages before we left, and sent an extremely detailed message with check in codes and information about every aspect of the home. My questions were answered promptly before we got to New Orleans as well as throughout our stay.The home was extremely clean and well stocked. Our party of 9 enjoyed the large well appointed kitchen, the heated pool, and of my goodness, the beds!!! I have never stayed in any accommodation with beds, pillows, and bedding as comfortable!! Seriously, amazing!The neighborhood is very sweet and super close to the St. Charles street car. Easily access to museums, shops, restaurants, etc.So pleased with every single part of our stay. I hope we can get back soon!
