Alongside the light-filled kitchen and dining area, a separate living room offers extra space to relax or keep the kids entertained. There are three bedrooms featuring a Master with Super King, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, a Queen and a set of King Single bunks. With a heat pump in the main living and master bedroom it ensures your comfort all year round. For your entertainment there is a SMART TV, board games, books and kids toys (ages 2-7).
A double internal-access garage, generous off-street parking, and a fenced section (no gate) make holiday living easy.
With the Mangawhai Activity Zone close by, and cafs, shops, golf course, and surf beach just minutes away, this home offers the perfect base for your holidaywhere every day feels like summer.
IMPORTANT: The Ministry of Health guidelines specify that children under 9 years old should not sleep in top bunks due to the risk of serious injury.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
