Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in the heart of San Antonio, just minutes away from Six Flags, UTSA, RIMS, and shops at La Cantera! Our home features comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Come stay with us and make memories that will last a lifetime!
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule and your reservation will be canceled.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Security Camera: IMPORTANT For your safety, there are EXTERIOR facing cameras for the front and back of the home. These run 24/7 and are recorded. Note please ensure that the total number of occupants is included in your listing or your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund.

You will have entire access to the home including the backyard which does have a carport.

Let us know if you want to park your car in the cart port in the backyard as there is a remote control to open the gate.

Additionally, please be respectful to all your neighbors. Any house rules violated below may result in cancelation of your reservation and fees.

1. No smoking or you will be charged $1000 fee to get rid of the smoking smell
2. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine
3. We have a very strict 2 pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine, so please let us know so we can make an expectation.
4. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean!
5. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM
6. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest
7. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel
9. We keep a track of inventory in the unit. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for retail price
10. We ensure you have basic toiletries and supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, salt/pepper, etc and request you purchase your own if staying long term for more than 30 days.
