In the open and exclusive kitchen—which flows seamlessly into the living room—you’ll find everything you need to prepare culinary delights. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Two quiet bedrooms with first-class box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00) offer a peaceful retreat for restful nights.
The two bathrooms are modern and elegantly furnished, offering every comfort. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
For modern living, both Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs are available, so you can enjoy entertaining TV shows or movies in the evening. In addition, fly screens and privacy screens on the windows provide extra comfort and ensure a pleasant living environment.
The private parking space ensures a safe arrival and departure. There is also a separate bike shed on the property for safely storing your e-bikes.
