About this house rental
Cozy oasis with a good location on a dead-end road The house is located on a large, fenced plot with a cozy, 29 m² covered terrace, where you can spend most of the day. Only 10 minutes from the beach and shopping. The house contains two bright bedrooms with TV and Chromecast, a lovely living room with TV, Boxer card with the large TV package, heat pump and fiber internet. There is a dining room with a wood stove, a bright bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine and a lovely, functional kitchen with a window overlooking the covered terrace and garden - perfect when washing up and enjoying the view. For the children there is both a play tower and a trampoline. A wonderful and relaxing holiday destination for the whole family. Craftsmen and youth groups are not allowedA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
