Welcome to luxury living! Our spacious layouts, modern kitchens with high end appliances, and serene bedrooms and bathrooms. Guest enjoy access to exceptional amenities like high speed wifi, valet trash, our state of the art gym, outdoor grills, and seasonal pool. Whether you`re working out, relaxing by the pool, or entertaining in the community spaces and ample free parking! You`ll have the entire apartment unit to yourself which is 2 full bathroom, 3 bedrooms with a sleeper pull out couch.
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full washer/dryer in unit and full size appliances. Located on the 2nd floor. No elevator access
You`ll get a key fob for indoor gym 24 hr access at checkin. The same key fob will open the pool area for you during pool hours. Pool is seasonal so please feel free to use it when its open 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday.
We have a valet trash service that picks up your trash right outside of your door. Just place your trash in the black dedicated bins outside of your door and we will throwout the trash for you!
Master bedroom has 1 full bathroom and King size bed, the 2nd room has a Queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a Full Size bed. In the living room is a pull out couch for extra bed if needed. The 2nd bathroom is full size as well.
Pet Policy:
• Pets are not allowed to stay on the patio or anywhere outside on the property unattended.
• No eating or pottying on the patio or front door as this attracts pests. Extra cleaning will result in additional charges billed back to guest beyond standard cleaning fees.
• Report any accidents inside the home immediately so we can address stains promptly. Extra charges will be billed back to the guest for pet related damage or deep cleaning.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times unless inside the designated dog park.
You might be asked to leave or pay additional fees for not following these rules, depending on the situation.
