With three full bathrooms, no one has to wait for their turn. Each bathroom is modern, spotless, and stocked with essentials, offering spa-like serenity and convenience.
- We provide starter essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, cotton pads, and of course toilet paper. We aim to make your stay as easy and worry-free as possible. For longer stays, if you run out of these starter items, we kindly ask that you purchase any additional supplies needed.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book the cabin.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to respect the peaceful mountain setting and neighbors.
- This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking inside will result in a minimum $1,000 fee to remediate odor and damage.
- As much as we love our furry children, there are no pets allowed at the cabin. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and immediate removal from the property.
-Wildlife Notice: Bears are native to the Smoky Mountains and may be seen in the area. Do not approach or feed wildlife. Keep all vehicle doors locked at all times!!!
- Please dispose of trash in the bear-proof bin located by the driveway, ensuring all items are secured properly.
- We provide starter essentials to make your stay comfortable, including Keurig coffee pods, creamers, tea bags, sweeteners, basic spices, as well as corn and olive oil. Cleaning supplies are also provided, such as hand soap, dish and laundry detergents, paper towels, a sponge, garbage bags, and other basic items. In the bathroom, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, cotton pads, and of course toilet paper. We aim to make your stay as easy and worry-free as possible, but for longer stays, if you run out of these starter items, we kindly ask that you purchase any additional supplies needed.
- The indoor electric fireplace is decorative and for ambience only and does not produce heat.
- Hot Tub Use: For safety, do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol.
- Locked owner’s closets are located on-site—please do not tamper with it.
- Due to the natural setting, occasional encounters with insects or wildlife may occur. The home is professionally treated, and guests are asked to keep doors closed to help prevent entry. Seasonal heads: as this is a mountain cabin, you may occasionally notice seasonal ladybugs, which are very common in the Smoky Mountains, especially during this time of the year. They are harmless and not dangerous, and nearly all homes in the area experience this seasonally. Keeping doors closed helps minimize activity, and this is simply part of mountain living.

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this A-frame cabin, and wow — Lulu and Sherief absolutely nailed it.First off, the place is stunning. The views alone are worth the trip — every window feels like a postcard. That classic A-frame design with all the wood and big angles gives it such a cozy-meets-modern vibe. We spent a lot of time just soaking it all in.But what really impressed us (besides how beautiful it is) was how thoughtfully set up everything was. I’ve never seen drawers and cabinets labeled so neatly — it made finding things almost weirdly satisfying. No scavenger hunts required. And the spice rack? Fully loaded. Not the sad “salt and pepper and one mystery jar” situation. They clearly thought about guests actually cooking here.A huge plus for us: the main floor was easily accessible for my wheelchair. That made a world of difference. Being able to move around comfortably without constant obstacles made the stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable.The cabin was clean, well organized, and felt like hosts who genuinely care about the guest experience.
