Tamarindo Diria 303, a luxury condo that embodies refined tropical elegance with unique architectural features. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the Matapalo building with peaceful views over the lagoon pool and expansive tropical gardens. Enjoy a spacious open concept living and dining area that open up to a large covered terrace. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom offers a Juliet balcony with views overlooking the gardens and the pool, as well as a walk-in closet and spa ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub.
Our gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a foyer with a coffered ceiling, an in-suite laundry room, elevators, parking, and 24/7 security.
The Diria condos are nestled in lush tropical gardens behind a huge lagoon pool with a swim-up bar, very tranquil despite the convenient town-center location. Famous Tamarindo beach is right across the street and all of Tamarindo’s vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife are within easy walking distance.

The condo is well furnished with everything we needed during our stay. We slept well on the comfortable beds. It is across the street from the beach and sits overlooking the gorgeous grounds of the Diria family pool. My young kids enjoyed boogie boarding at the beach and spending endless hours in the pools. The beach is great for surfing. The condo is centrally located and walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The only issue we had was a complicated check in process. The check in instructions advised to gather an envelope from the Diria reception with key, wristbands etc but this is incorrect. After contacting the management company they told us to go straight to the building and enter via key code but then they sent us a map to the wrong building.It took us over an hour to figure this out while being in contact with the management company (who is not local). It was a frustrating start after a long travel day with 3 young children but things did smooth out after that.

Great unit, exactly as listed. Has almost everything you need - beach towels, umbrella and even had 2 boogie boards. Super easy walk to beach and all the restaurants, shops etx.
