    I visited this Hotel with my friend and stayed in Deluxe Non-Ac Room as there was no need of AC due to good weather in July. Staff was very calm and co-operative. Room was also clean and Balcony was a plus. Valley view from Balcony was the Main reason I booked this room. A Must stay property.

    My recent stay, regrettably, proved to be an exercise in disappointment rather than comfort. One expects a “deluxe” room to embody a certain standard of dignity and care; however, what I encountered was quite the contrary. The washrooms, far from offering a sense of hygiene, were pervaded by an unpleasant and persistent stench, further aggravated by evident blockages—an issue that should never confront a guest. The rooms themselves lacked the very spaciousness that the term “deluxe” promises, rendering the stay rather constrained than relaxing. Most disconcerting, however, was the complete absence of hot water in the evening. In a setting that claims to offer upgraded accommodation, the lack of even a basic amenity such as a geyser reflects a troubling disregard for guest comfort. Such an omission is not merely inconvenient; it undermines the very essence of hospitality. In light of these experiences, it is difficult to recommend this establishment, and I, for one, shall not be returning.
