An exclusive North Sea vacation with two terraces and a south-facing balcony!
Welcome to “Ferienhaus Archimedes,” your cozy vacation home nestled among the beautiful village dunes of the island of Wangerooge. This vacation home, with its beautiful view of the dunes, can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking peace and quiet who want to spend relaxing days by the North Sea. Enjoy a restful getaway with all the comforts—just a few minutes’ walk and you’re at the sea!
Spanning a generous 80 m² of living space over two floors, you’ll find a bright and very welcoming home featuring a cozy living room, an open kitchen, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest restroom, as well as two terraces, a garden, and a south-facing balcony. Here, you’ll find opportunities for spending time together as well as pleasant places to retreat.
In the bright living room (first floor), you’ll find a tasteful combination of a sofa area with a modern TV and an open kitchen with a dining area. This way, after a bike ride or a day at the beach, you can sit together comfortably or enjoy your meals. Delicious snacks for your outing or evening meals can be whipped up quickly and easily in the separate, fully equipped kitchen—which includes an induction stove, oven, and microwave. The dishwasher takes care of the cleanup for you. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the sunshine on the east and south terraces.
Two spacious and cheerfully furnished separate bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a beautiful view of the dunes, offer you plenty of space to relax. One of the rooms is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 100 x 200 cm), and the other with a small double bed (160 x 200 cm).
In addition to a bathroom with a shower on the first floor, the vacation home features another spacious bathroom with a washing machine on the upper floor. The guest restroom on the first floor makes daily bathroom routines more convenient.
Book a stay in our “Archimedes Vacation Home” and enjoy the refreshing North Sea air, including: Two terraces (first floor) and a south-facing balcony (upper floor), complete with a beach chair and comfortable garden and balcony furniture, invite you to relax. Reading a good book in peace, daydreaming your way through the day, or winding down the evening with a glass of wine is a wonderful vacation experience. You’re also welcome to use the provided barbecue area with a gas grill.
For our youngest guests, a high chair and a stair gate are standard amenities. A crib can be added to your reservation.
Additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, three smart TVs (35–44 inches), and a stereo system ensure extra comfort during your stay.

The “Ferienhäuser Jadehörn” are located in a beautiful, quiet, yet central spot by the village dunes. The beautiful main beach and the charming village center, with its shops and restaurants, are just a short walk away (about 6 min.). Here, you’ll find the perfect blend of relaxation and activity: on the fine-sand beach, cozy beach chairs invite you to unwind; at the same time, there’s a wide range of sports activities (sailing, surfing, beach volleyball, etc.). In the nearby idyllic village center, you can't only stroll leisurely through the small shops but also enjoy relaxing breaks in one of the cafés and restaurants—often even with a view of the sea!
With numerous sports activities and events, as well as the island movie theater, the “Oase” water park, and a golf course, Wangerooge offers a varied vacation program.
