Location & Surroundings In winter, the ski bus (stop just 50 m away) takes you directly to the Ellmau–Wilder Kaiser/Brixental ski area in just five minutes. The return trip is easy—you can ski right back to the front door. In summer, too, the chalet is the perfect starting point for hikes, mountain tours, and excursions into the Tyrolean countryside.
Floor Plan & Amenities Spread over three floors, the chalet accommodates up to 10 people—ideal for families, couples, or groups who want to enjoy the Alps together.

• First Floor: Three stylish bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower room and TV. One of the rooms also features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing.

• First floor: A cozy four-bed room with two bunk beds, a desk, and access to the wellness area.

Bathrooms: A total of four modern bathrooms with shower/toilet, plus a separate guest restroom.
Wellness & Relaxation On the first floor, a private wellness area awaits you, featuring a Finnish and bio sauna, rain shower, relaxation bed, and TV—ideal for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.
Living, Cooking & Enjoying In the attic, the spacious, light-filled living area opens up to a fully equipped designer kitchen, a large dining table that seats up to 12 people, and a cozy sitting area.
The wraparound balcony offers breathtaking views of the Wilder Kaiser—perfect for breakfast in the sun or an aperitif at sunset.
