Welcome to your cozy home away from home. This 2 bedroom 1 bath with large living room and private entrance is on the lower floor of a split entry single-family home located near town center of Mountlake Terrace, a suburb of Seattle, and just minutes away from I-5, I-405, and light rail station. The property has lot size of nearly 8000 SF with a fully fenced-in backyard on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic and noise, and close to popular parks, shopping malls, and dining venues.
Mountlake Terrace is just 14 miles north of downtown Seattle along the I-5 corridor and boasts over 350 acres of recreational attractions, including nine neighborhood parks, three sports complexes, and miles of trails.

Although separated from upper floor and we try our best to dampen sound with expensive thick wool rugs, sounds like footsteps may travel the house as in all regular family homes. Match of Mutual Expectations: Most hosts like me aim to provide a regular warm and welcoming home stay with good quality and affordability. But there is a small percentage of guests looking to pay MOTEL SIX prices but demanding Waldorf Astoria or Ritz-Carlton experience or they will throw a fit in reviews to hurt hosts . Such guests are requested to please make plans elsewhere. We have a family home, not a luxury resort, and luxury resorts probably can't make these customers happy either.
