Comfortable 3 room apartment for 4-6 persons : Living room with 1 double sofa-bed - kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine - 2 rooms with 2 beds each - shower / WC - TV - balcony East - free internet access WIFI - 1 outside parking space - built in 2007 - close to the slopes - pets not allowed - non smoker -- The "cleaning fee" is fixed costs and the final cleaning. Sheets and linens are not included in the rental price. Bring your own or rent them. Contact us! -- BY CAR: Take the A9 motorway towards Brig and continue until the end of the motorway at Sierre . Turn right into the Route d' Anniviers and follow for 25 km to Grimentz. BY TRAIN AND BY BUS: At Sierre railway station, take the Val d' Anniviers bus as far as Grimentz. BY AIR: If arriving at Geneva, Bern, Zürich or Sion Airport . Take the train to Sierre and then bus as above. Distance: Sion: 40 km – Geneva: 210 km - Basel: 230 km - Lugano: 220 km - Zürich: 250 km - Amsterdam: 800 km - Milan: 300 km. ONCE YOU HAVE ARRIVED IN GRIMENTZ: Continue through the village towards Moiry until the supermarket "Coop", take the right turn towards the old village. Our offices are on the right next to the sports shop “Valsport” (50 metres beyond the ski lift station and 20 meters beyond the Hotel Alpina). -- The Saturday changeover day is a very busy time for the rental agency, it is the only opportunity to undertake any necessary repairs and also to clean the property. Therefore, we request that all properties are vacated and the keys returned to us by 10am on Saturday morning at the latest. -- -- -- Final Cleaning: Final cleaning included.
