The Space:
The casale was lovingly restored with deep respect for its original stone structure and historic integrity. Inside, rustic beams and terracotta floors meet contemporary design and comfort. The main living space centers around a fireplace and piano—perfect for quiet evenings. A full kitchen invites guests to prepare regional specialties, while large windows frame the surrounding vineyards and valleys.
Outdoors, a shaded dining porch and a 15-meter swimming pool create a serene setting for long summer afternoons and al-fresco dinners. The house includes three en-suite bedrooms and an additional half-bath (3.5 baths in total).
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the pool, kitchen, and all indoor and outdoor spaces. Three parking spaces are available on site.
