Designed for relaxation, the studio features a king-size bed, full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, and a breakfast bar for two. In addition, there is a single sofa bed in the living room for added comfort.

Guests can also enjoy the shared central outdoor pool — a serene space that connects you with the calm rhythm of Tulum.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the studio, private plunge pool, shared central pool, gym. Parking is available, and 24-hour security ensures peace of mind. Our Guest Service team will be available to assist or share local recommendations.



The Neighborhood:

Located in La Veleta, one of Tulum’s most desirable and fast-growing areas, Artra Studio sits just 500 meters from Avenida Kukulkán — the main road that leads straight to the beach and hotel zone. The neighborhood offers an authentic Tulum vibe, with cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and yoga studios all within walking distance.



Getting Around:

The area is easy to explore by bike, scooter, or car. The beach and hotel zone are about an 8-minute drive away. Private transportation, taxis, and ride-sharing apps like Didi and Uber are also available.

Apartment assignments are based on availability. Units may be located on any floor from the first to the fourth, and the specific apartment will be allocated according to our calendar availability.
