Our finely furnished cozy 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms provides space for up to 4 guests. Bedroom is tastefully decorated and designed with your comfort in mind. Thoughtfully designed layout with an open feel.
The Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in our equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you`ll need.
Living and Dining Areas:
The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for quality time together. The living room features a cozy sofa bed, ideal for lounging or accommodating guests, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals.
Other things to note
Air Conditioner/Heating Locked to a comfortable room temperature between 20-25 Celsius.
IMPORTANT: Please note, noise does occur as the property is divided into two legal independent units with separate entrance. As all houses, the structure is built up of wood, therefore it is impossible to not hear the upstairs occupants. There will be occupants residing upstairs.
1. Smoking is absolutely Prohibited
2. No Outdoor shoes inside the Condo
3. No undeclared Guests at Anytime
4. No Loud Noise After 9pm
Any report from neighbours or evidence of house rule violation will result in an automatic penalty of $1000 through Airbnb Resolutions/ Security Deposit and you may be asked to leave.
