A wonderful relaxing getaway in Emeryville

Very responsive host who was easy to work with. We choose the location to be close to Berkeley but not in the thick of the university. The home is cute & the neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was a nice perk!

This property is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. I had a really relaxing stay here for 5 nights. The hot tub is great, the place is stocked with everything you need (kitchen, bathroom, etc.), and it's tucked away surrounded by trees so it feels very quite and private. Arden was extremely kind and communicative. We did have a hiccup with check in that was challenging, but Arden was very helpful and responsible in how she handled it and I would definitely come back here. Highly recommend.

The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). The bed was too soft for me but those are personal preferences. We did use the hot tub which was a nice addition to have. There are a couple of cute spots on the property to hang out at.
