Amenities include 4 air conditioning units, central heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, fan, and workspace. Families will find a high chair and baby cot. Enjoy self check-in, a private hot tub, breakfast, and airport transfers available for an extra fee. One small pet is allowed upon request.
Children up to 15 years stay free. Maximum capacity is 9 people, including children. If your group does not exceed 9 guests, you do not need to add children in your search—you can inform the owner via the platform after booking.
Relax in the private garden, on 3 balconies, or use the outdoor shower, all with lake and mountain views. Shared facilities include an outdoor pool, children’s pool, billiards, table tennis, playground, mini golf, and covered terrace.

The villa uses sustainable energy systems. Half-board and all-inclusive options are available. Transfers, cruises, yoga, massages, and trips to Paxos are offered for an extra fee. Local activities include horse riding, hiking, yoga, excursions to Paxos, and access to a private gym.
The pool is open from May 1st to October 25th.
