We require a government-issued ID and, in some cases, a security deposit depending on the booking. Guests must be 26 or older, or a deposit will be required. This also depends on your booking history and previous reviews.
HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking is strictly not allowed indoors
- No parties of any kind are allowed and will result in an immediate expulsion from the property along with a fine
- Please be mindful of neighbours and do not make excessive noise inside or outside the area of the house
- Any damage to the property or any furniture will incur a fine which will be taken from your deposit
- Rubbish must be placed into the bags provided and thrown away before check-out. The bins are located opposite the apartment building. You will see a public bin across the street where you can leave your rubbish. Please do not leave any rubbish in the apartment or inside the building.
- The house must be kept clean at all times, and before check out you must leave the house exactly as you found it during check in. Failure to do so may result in your deposit being compromised
- Furniture must not be rearranged without prior permission. Please message us if you have any questions
- Heating should only be turned on when you require it and are at home. Please switch off all lights when not in the house
- No external guests are allowed without prior permission.
