The Space:
Welcome to Ski Haven, a beautifully appointed townhome nestled in Park City's Bear Hollow Village. This spacious multi-level home features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two separate living areas, comfortably accomodating up to 11 guests, making this the ideal retreat for families, groups, and ski trips.
The open concept main floor serves as the heart of the home, thoughtfully designed for gathering and entertaining. Unwind in the spacious living area anchored by a cozy gas fireplace and 75" HDTV with surround sound. Nearby, the fully equipped chef’s kitchen makes hosting effortless. Outfitted with premium appliances including double ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, this kitchen has everything needed for home cooked meals. Gather around the 8-person dining table and 4-person breakfast bar to enjoy meals and drinks. Step directly out to the private deck to fire up the gas BBQ grill, relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the fresh air.

We found the home to be very comfortable and completely fitted our familyʻs needs. The home is well maintained and had everything we needed. We felt the PMI team was also very responsive and easy to work with.

Place was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! It snowed while we were there and we were thankful that they have a plowing service. Boots and glove dryers were a nice bonus too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We plan a group ski trip every year and this is hands down my favorite house we’ve stayed at. The location was good with easy access to the free bus. They had all the kitchen amenities you could ask for to make some great meals. The hot tub was clutch for recovering from the slopes. Garage had a boot warmer and ample space for all our gear. The space was open and had some separation at the same time. And something that a lot of places fall short on, there were more than enough towels all throughout the house for showers and hot tub use. Really loved the place and would stay again if we go back to park city.
