The perfect retreat for friends & family and only 4 miles from Stowe Mtn Resort! It's a hidden gem with 4 tennis courts and 2 inviting heated pools (open now as of 5/16/24!). Enjoy stunning views, relax on the wrap-around deck.

* Secluded luxury vacation rental in the beautiful Stonybrook community, nestled in the heart of Stowe
* Enchanting drive through the woods and along the river to reach the property, 4 guest parking spaces
* Surrounded by woods, fields, 4 tennis courts, and 2 inviting pools
* Walk to nearby coffee shops, the famous Piecasso pizza joint, and The Alchemist brewery
* Loads of windows and an enormous wrap-around deck with comfy outdoor furniture
* 5 bedrooms and 6 baths, accommodating up to 12 guests
* Two sets of washers/dryers for added convenience
* Large and well-equipped kitchen for culinary adventures
* New, lounge-worthy furniture for ultimate relaxation
* Two-sided gas fireplace for cozy ambiance in the living room and dining area
* Plenty of space to spread out or enjoy movie nights and games together
* Walking distance to the scenic Stowe Rec Path for biking, running, and Nordic skiing

* Central AC for main floor and upstairs, no AC in lower level. There are ceiling fans in the primary and guest bedrooms, not the kids bedroom.

* Only 4.2 miles to Stowe Mountain Resort parking lot or 6 min without traffic
* Walk to nearby coffee shops, the famous Piecasso pizza joint, and The Alchemist brewery
* Walking distance to the scenic Stowe Rec Path for biking, running, and Nordic skiing
Getting Around:
Vermont in general has a large percentage of dirt roads and dirt driveways. While we do our best to ensure that the roads and driveways are clear and passable, we cannot guarantee easy access to each property without a proper vehicle that has either AWD or 4WD and is equipped with proper snow tires. Please plan transportation according to the season. There are 4 parking spaces available for guests.
