KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker

FAQ: Stairs required for entry, snow removal provided
PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle)
ADDT’L ACCOMMODATIONS: An additional 4-bedroom property for 7 guests is available on-site with a separate nightly rate. If you would like to reserve both rentals, please inquire for more information prior to booking
The Neighborhood:
One of the few homes for rent right in the Village! Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and the shuttle that takes you to Stowe Mountain Resort! The perfect location!
DRIVING TO THE MOUNTAIN:
This property is 15 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort (with no traffic). OR take the shuttle! How lucky are you!!! You can simply walk out your door, turn right, then left, cross Main Street and walk a short distance to Town Hall to catch the shuttle!
The mountain charges for parking on Friday, Saturday and Sundays but parking is free Mon-Thursday).
However, if you don’t want to pay for parking or take the shuttle all the way up mountain road you can park at one of the free lots closest to the mountain, The Cross Country Center (5281 Mountain Road, Stowe) lot or the Toll House Lift Lot which is on your left as you get close to the mountain (but get there really early!). Once there’s enough snow and this lift is running you won’t have to take the shuttle to main lodge you can just ride the lift from there..

The rules, QR code for paying ahead, and the Mountain Rd Shuttle schedule and stops. Please review it carefully and really familiarize yourself with the system so your visit is as stress-free as possible.
Getting Around:
Vermont in general has a large percentage of dirt roads and dirt driveways. While we do our best to ensure that the roads and driveways are clear and passable, we cannot guarantee easy access to each property without a proper vehicle that has either AWD or 4WD and is equipped with proper snow tires. Please plan transportation according to the season.

PLEASE NOTE: By booking this property, you are agreeing to:
- The House Rules; AND
- We do not accept cancelations due to Stowe Mountain ticket availability or regional storms. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for requests to cancel that fall outside of our cancellation policy as stated in our renters agreement.

We are available whenever you need us but no guest/owner/management interaction on the property unless requested.
