The Ultimate Kids' Room (Upstairs): Combined with the game room, this large, fun space features three comfortable beds (2 full & 1 queen) and a closet that has been transformed into a cozy reading nook, making it a perfect sleepover spot for the kids!
The Quiet Downstairs Bedroom: Ideal for grandparents or a couple seeking peace, this bedroom is located downstairs and features easy access to the second full bathroom.
Outdoor Relaxation & Location
The fun extends outdoors! Grill up dinner on the BBQ before settling in around the Fire Pit for s'mores. End your perfect day by soaking under the stars in your private Outdoor Hot Tub.
Our serene location offers the best of Big Bear: immediate access to National Forest hiking, blocks away from a cool park with playground & dog park, just a quick drive to the ski resorts and lake, all while providing the peace and easy access off Highway 38 for a relaxing and scenic drive. We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was spotless and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Traveling with our two energetic seven-year-old boys was a joy—they loved the toys, LEGO sets, and all the fun games and activities available. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, and the bathrooms were well-equipped for our needs. Overall, it’s such a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly place that made our visit really special.

I’m so glad I chose to stay here—everything was fantastic! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The amenities were exactly as described, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. I especially appreciated the comfortable space and the attention to detail throughout. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
