Spring Valley Retreat with Panoramic Views

We had an overall good stay and really enjoyed several aspects of this home, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The views are absolutely awesome and were one of the highlights of the trip. The pool area is very nice, well kept, and has adequate seating. The pool itself is in great condition and includes a raised area that’s fun for jumping in. Beds were comfortable, and overall the house was clean and well maintained. Management was very responsive and helpful. That said, for a 6‑bedroom house with 11 beds, the main floor is lacking sufficient seating. The living room could really use additional chairs, and the dining room would benefit from a larger table and more chairs to better accommodate a group this size. The main-floor balcony also needs more chairs so everyone can enjoy the view comfortably.Parking is a challenge. It’s very difficult to get into the driveway with a sedan, and even with an SUV it’s tight. Street parking is extremely limited, and it’s important to note that you should not park in the red zone in front of the house — you will get a ticket.We did have a toilet break during our stay, and it couldn’t be replaced while we were there. Management did open up another bathroom for us, which helped, but that bathroom really should always be unlocked—not sure why it’s normally kept locked.There are also a lot of stairs in this house, so be prepared for that
