Step inside through a welcoming mudroom featuring slate tile flooring, a storage closet, and bench seating that makes gearing up a breeze. From here, ascend 16 stairs to the home's main living level, where hardwood and slate tile floors set the tone for an elegant and comfortable open-concept space.

The great room features large picture windows framing stunning mountain views, leather couches, and comfortable seating. A gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance, while a flat-screen TV makes this an ideal spot for movie nights. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a Thermador oven and range, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation both stylish and convenient. The home features a breakfast bar for four off the kitchen and the adjacent dining area seats eight comfortably.

Enjoy a second seating area around a live-edge coffee table next to a full wet bar, perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes or trails. Entertain with ease thanks to the wet bar complete with a wine fridge, second dishwasher, beverage fridge, glass chiller, and ice maker, a dream setup for any host.

Step out to the covered deck, where a hot tub awaits, perfect for soaking under the stars or taking in the alpine scenery.

The primary bedroom offers a serene retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath. The ensuite features a double sink vanity, jetted soaking tub, rain shower, and separate water closet. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower completes the upper level.

Descend to the lower level of Winding Creek Lodge to discover a second spacious living area designed for comfort and connection. This inviting space features a wet bar with a Keurig coffee station and wine fridge, making it perfect for morning lattes or evening cocktails. Gather on the cozy seating for a movie night in front of the flat-screen TV with sound bar, or unwind with a good book from the home's thoughtfully stocked library.

Glass doors open to a back patio where children can enjoy the public play structure while adults relax nearby, making this floor ideal for families.
Three bedrooms are located on this level. Bedroom two features a luxurious King bed, ample storage, and a flat-screen TV with cable. Bedroom three is also equipped with a King bed, storage, and a flat-screen TV with cable and direct access to the patio for a quiet morning coffee or evening stargazing. Bedrooms two and three share a beautifully appointed bathroom with a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower with a rain shower head.

On the opposite side of the living area, bedroom four features twin-over-full bunks, ideal for kids or extra guests, and includes its own door that opens to the back patio.

Just outside of bedroom four, find a shared bathroom with a single vanity and a stand-up shower with a rain shower head, providing both comfort and convenience.

A laundry area with a front-loading washer and dryer is also located on this floor, along with a selection of family-friendly games, including Giant Jenga, to keep everyone entertained after a day of Tahoe adventures.
