First time in rental pool!
Owner previously used it as a vacation home only, barely occupied during the year.
This ocean front 4th floor Beach Villa is located on Ko Olina Resort's pristine 2nd Lagoon in the Beach Tower which is closest to the beach. One of 14 true direct ocean front units with unobstructed view.
Highly upgraded and furnished this villa has a direct ocean view with both sunrise and sunset views.
Beautifully furnished with all high-end furnishings, professionally decorated, state-of-the art appliances and technology. Flat screen LCD televisions, broadband internet with WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen offer all the comforts of home.
This 2-Bedroom, 2-bath Villa features a King bed and 2 twins (can be converted to King bed) with separate baths for each bedroom. Master bathroom has a Japanese washlet. Second bedroom also has direct access to the lanai, with floor to ceiling glass sliding door to enjoy the breathtaking view! Sunken bath tubs in both bathrooms. Living area has a pocket lanai doors, decorated ceiling fan as well as a pull-out sofa with plush mattress. Villa sleeps 6 comfortably (Max 5 adults). Beach and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
The Lap Pool is perfect for an early morning workout or leisurely afternoon lap. The Lagoon/Keiki pool provides a safe and fun place for the kids to swim all day and features its own sand bottom that the little ones will love! There are three outdoor hot tubs to melt into after a day on the Ted Robinson Golf Course located across the street! Visit the resort beach bar for a refreshing drink and snacks; enjoy the ocean view from the sand pit area inside the resort!
The Ko Olina Resort has four man-made white sand lagoons which are connected by a walking path perfect for that romantic sunrise or sunset stroll.
There are outstanding restaurants within walking distance. There is also a marina offering snorkel/fishing day trips for your enjoyment.

As someone who travels over 100 nights/year, for business and travel, I have a broad scope of accommodation experiences to use as a gauge my assessment. That said, and as someone with very high expectations, this property was amazing. The space itself, the furnishings and creature comforts, the location and the view - simply next level. But, even beyond that, the support from Phyllis (booking) and Shane (Onsite Host) was exceptional. Both individuals went out of their way and beyond expectation to ensure we were comfortable and that we had a tremendous visit/experience. At a time when true customer support is so hard to find, it is comforting to find people like Phyllis and Shane who really shine in that capacity. Both live Aloha! We used to live in Hawaii and now travel there, annually..... we will definitely prioritize this property in future visits.

Overall a wonderful stay at this villa. We were greeted by Sean who showed us around the condo etc. Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Couple of improvements would be to provide new/better pillows as all of then were old/flat, new beach towels, and to make sure the condo has all the utensils/gadgets as we had to call a few times for tongs, can opener, iron and iron board.Other than that, everything was great and Sean was very helpful and responsive in getting us these items. Would recommend staying here again.

Great location and so easy to just walk out to the beach. The host provided great beach accessories (chairs, fins, cooler, football) as well as items if you have littles (booster chair, small bowls/plates/cups). Extra bonus is that we had front row seats from the lanai during the Ko Olina fireworks show!All in all, loved our stay there and would definitely come back!
