The Neighborhood:
Sydney CBD and Bondi Junction. Regular bus services run along Darling Point Road to Bondi and the city, with stops just a few minutes from the apartment. For a scenic route, Double Bay Wharf is nearby, providing ferry access across Sydney Harbour. Taxis and rideshares are readily available, and the area is walkable to parks, cafés, and shops.

Getting Around:
• Transport:
The property is well-connected by public transport — Edgecliff Station is about a 10-minute walk, with frequent trains and buses to the CBD, Bondi Junction, and beyond.

• Walking Distance:
You can stroll to Rushcutters Bay Park and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia in minutes, or enjoy cafés and boutiques in nearby Double Bay and Paddington.

• Driving & Parking:
A secure car space is included, and it’s a short drive to the Sydney CBD (around 10 minutes) or Bondi Beach (15 minutes).

• Rideshares:
Ubers and taxis are readily available in this area and usually arrive within a few minutes.

• Ferries:
For a scenic trip, the Double Bay ferry wharf is nearby — a beautiful way to reach Circular Quay or other harbour destinations.

Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.ut are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy bA non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
