Your perfect coastal escape awaits at this charming home on the Intracoastal Waterway in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Just minutes from the white sands of Myrtle Beach, Golf Courses Galore, Shopping and Dining is endless. This inviting getaway offers everything you need for a relaxing stay — including a private pool, hot tub, and boat dock with a ramp for easy water access. There’s even space to park your RV or boat trailer.
Inside, enjoy bright, contemporary interiors filled with natural light. Unwind in the spacious living room with a large TV, or cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom offers plush comfort for a great night’s rest( each bedroom has a TV available) while the primary suite features its own TV and private bath with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, experience true indoor-outdoor living! The screened porch includes a relaxing hot tub, multiple dining areas, and a cozy lounge with game tables, TVs, and a kitchenette—perfect for entertaining. A microwave and an electric grill, large capacity refrigerator is available on the 1st floor for your poolside snacks, drinks or grilling.
Step outside to the upper deck or the covered porch and take in stunning views of the waterway, Ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the ambient lights. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular!!
The Pool is perfect for lounging and relaxing!! FYI it’s not a lap pool lol The ocean is just a few miles away if you want to exercise!!
Large umbrellas are available for your use too! The pool can be heated for an extra fee. (Pool cannot be heated in the winter months. The hot tub can be heated if it’s above 50 degrees for a fee)
Things to Know:
- Pool heat available upon request (Apr 1–Dec 1; $125 per stay). During winter, only the hot tub is heated. ( $125 per stay. )
- Outdoor elevator accessible and wheelchair-friendly. Perfect for hauling in the groceries!
- Free parking for up to 6 vehicles.
- Digital door code provided before check-in.
- No pets allowed.
- Guests must be 25+ to book.
- Please respect quiet hours; after 10pm. This is a family-friendly, noise-sensitive neighborhood.
- Outdoor cameras are on the property! For safety/insurance concerns. They face the intracoastal waterway that overlooks the pool deck and dock and boat ramp. A camera also faces the entrance door access and may have a view of the hot tub. The parking lot and front of the house has camera coverage as well.
