Looking for the perfect retreat? Discover Waters Edge, a unique, family owned & managed lakefront home nestled in a wind-protected cove on Gilner Point! Just a short walking distance from the Village, numerous resturants, shops and minutes from Snow Summit & Bear Valley ski resorts, adventure awaits!
Imagine waking up to breathtaking sunrises on a spacious deck complete with BBQ and spa. With 3 family suites (each with private baths & full lake views), a cozy bunk room, and a game room (card room) that doubles as a 5th bedroom, there is plenty of room for your crew. The main level of the home has an open layout that allows guests a great room kind of feel between the kitchen, dining room, sitting area, and family room with full lake views from each room! There are ample entertainment options—including pool & ping pong and a card table/room. The home also has 4 decks with the most beautiful full lake views you have ever seen. The deck on the main floor can easliy fit your entire party. This deck has a table that seats 8 along with a spa and large wicker furniture set (wicker is stored during winter). This deck is directly connected to the open floor plan main level which makes the deck a pefect place for family meals, cocktail hour or just relaxing enjoying the solitude of the wind protected cove and near 180 degree views of Big Bear Lake. The home has a private deck upstairs off the master bedroom with similar unreal views. There are 2 additional decks off the the 2 downstair suites that allow for private time with grass in front of the decks, lake views and direct access to the lake. If you have been lakefront in Big Bear before you know that the wind can be strong in the afternoon. We looked for years for this view with this type of wind protection. There are only a handful of properties in Big Bear that have this and becuse of this the location is unmatched!! — you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation!
