About this house rental
Contemporary Home - PRIME LOCATION to access DC! Perfect for large families, groups, or extended stays!
Large driveway to accommodate up to 4 cars. One garage space available as well.

The space
Perfect for family reunions, work retreats, or large group getaways. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is designed for privacy and scale.
Sleeping:
1 king bed (Master Bedroom), 3 queen bed (One in Bedroom,3, 4, 5), 1 queen and 2 twin beds (Bedroom 2), 2 queen sofa beds (one in each living space). 1 twin mattress, 1 queen air mattresses, and 3 twin roll-up mattresses are also available by request.
Kitchen: All essential cooking tools, coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven.
Events:
We allow events and gatherings for an additional fee—please inquire for details and pricing. Will need to know type of event, how many people and timings of event to help calculate price. We have tables and chairs that can be rented for events.
Unbeatable Parking
Rare, high-capacity parking that is ideal for large groups or specialized vehicles. The driveway is large enough to park up to 4 cars. Long enough to accommodate RVs and passenger vans. Also, there is one space available in the garage. Free on-street parking.
Quick access to the best of Northern Virginia and D.C.:
Airport Access: Ideally situated for travelers, just a 10-15 minute drive to Reagan National Airport (DCA) and approximately 30-40 minutes to Dulles International Airport (IAD).
D.C. Access: A short drive or ride-share to the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, and monuments.
Dining Hubs: Minutes from the diverse eateries of Columbia Pike, the upscale dining in Shirlington Village, and the trendy spots in Clarendon. Easy access to Old Town Alexandria and DC dining.
Parks & Outdoors: Easy access to Fort Barnard Park, Shirlington Park, and the Barcroft Park sports fields.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire house. Currently, the part of the garage is being used as a workshop/storage. Will advise guests not to go around that area.
Other things to note
Nightly rate is just to stay at the house. Events are allowed for an Event Fee. Fee is based on how many people, type of event, bedroom access and event length. If you are looking to rent just for an event and not stay, contact us and we can make it work!
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Events & Visitor Policy:
All gatherings, celebrations, or events must be pre-approved in writing prior to booking and require an additional Event Fee. Unapproved events violate our house rules and will automatically incur a mandatory $2,500 unauthorized event fee.
For standard, non-event bookings, daytime visitors who are not registered on the reservation are welcome but must depart the property by 10:00 PM.
Smoking: Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside or on the patio (patio smoke drafts directly back into the house).
Outdoor quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, please move all gatherings inside and close the doors behind you. Thank you for helping us respect our neighbors!
Parking: Fits 4 cars in the driveway + 1 in the garage (operated via the wall switch inside). Plentiful free street parking is all around the neighborhood.

The host was very welcoming and responded to my request in minutes the house was beautiful and accommodating for my large family it was big but cozy exactly what I wanted the location was great plenty of parking if you are traveling with a large group I would highly recommend this property

Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us at the last minute. Great house as we hosted family in the area for Thanksgiving dinner! We enjoyed our stay!
