About this apartment rental

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue.

Apartment 2 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs

The heat is central via original steam radiators. Private keyless entry. This is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood.
