Beautiful beach house and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the sand volleyball court, upstairs porch, and eating in the huge kitchen/ dining area with our large family! Had a bit of difficulty contacting the property management company to make payment initially, but VRBO assisted. Excellent follow up afterward. Also had power outage to our end of the cape- lights/ wall outlets out and had to phone on call technician. He as great and talked us through where to find the breaker. Thanks- would definitely stay there again!

First let me say Coastal Joe Rentals handled what could have been a huge problem and turned it into a very positive situation with GREAT customer service.The house was extremely clean, huge kitchen/living area so our large group could all hang out but still go to our separate bedrooms. The multiple bathrooms were great, beds comfortable.We brought our own beach stuff but it wasn't necessary as there is a huge supply of chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, etc.The ice machine was also a nice surprise to fill our coolers for fishing. Our group likes to cook and there was everything we needed in the kitchen.The elevator was also perfect for hauling everything up to the different floors.
