About this house rental
Plan your getaway to the serenity of Seaquel on Anna Maria Island. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom detached private pool home has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Its ideal location sets this home apart: 3.5 blocks to the beach, 5 blocks to the grocery store, 2 blocks to the trolley stop, and 6 blocks to a dozen shops and restaurants! Inside, you'll find a spacious layout with vaulted ceilings, the backyard boasts a large outdoor kitchen, and the balcony even has views of the bay. Please note that the pool is surrounding by lush landscaping which does keep the pool fairly shaded. The pool is heated to 84 degrees.

Located on South Harbor Drive in Holmes Beach, a very quiet Holmes Beach residential neighborhood. This home sleeps 6 people with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds.

We treat for mosquitos from May through August.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Minimum age requirement for booking: 25 years old
NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance policy for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
By City Regulation, a 7 night minimum stay is required with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Violation of the occupancy limit may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.

We had a great time. Short walk to beach. Love the pool area..had plenty of sun but also able to enjoy the shade. Cathy was quick to respond to our questions. Morning coffee on the front porch was perfect way to start our day. Elevator was a great help. Plenty of beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Having a view of the bay and the bridge was a bonus!

Very clean & cozy home. Beds were comfortable & towels and linens good quality. Well stocked kitchen. The home was even better than pictured. Cathy was very responsive when needed. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

This property was perfectly situated on the island for easy beach access, walks to the grocery store and multiple restaurants. We had 6 adults and felt there was plenty of space to gather together and have alone time. The property manager was attentive and I can attest that it was the best shower and most comfortable beds of any property I’ve stayed at. Thank you for a wonderful time!
