About this house rental
Welcome to our family home! Bring the whole family to this great place with arrays of amenities that are assessable by foot, car or City Transit that is about a block away. Central location that is 9 minutes to downtown, 13 minutes to Calgary International Airport and 2 minutes to Deerfoot Trail Highway. Walkable distance to the Bow River or take a brisk walk while admiring the city scape.

All spaces within the unit with balcony are all for guests access. Exceptions to the locked rooms. One, being the furnace room which is located inside the basement washroom. Second is the maintenance room that is under the stairs.
