Located in the beautiful seaside town of Fontane Bianche, this is a delightful villa with a private pool which can be heated, and views of the sea. Close to one of the most pristine beaches in the south of Syracuse, it is a perfect choice for families looking for a relaxing getaway and one that they won’t forget! The villa is conveniently placed with easy access to some of the real jewels of the Southeast of Sicily from Syracuse, Noto, to Modica and Ragusa.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming entrance, a living room, a dining room (includes a high chair), a kitchen (equipped with all common appliances including various coffee machines and an ice maker), and three double bedrooms all with an ensuite (bathroom – shower) , 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and finally one twin bedroom with an ensuite (bathroom – shower).
